Outdoor runners should always carry a personal identification such as the driver’s license or even a photo tucked away in your wallet.If that sounds cumbersome try having an identification tag with hot contact numbers in your shoe.
When on the run in frequently beaten track,be mindful of minor hurdles such as potholes,cracked edges,puddles and slippery slopes so that you could conciously and easily negotiate them.
One major problem for runners anywhere is the encounter with dogs.Appear not to get overly excited to their incessant barking or when being chased and never look a dog in his face when astir as they fear being challenged and might attack.
These basic safety rules are easy to follow and never consider overlooking them for being too simple and appear insignificant.Safety is a major concern for runners and it is important that you ensure your own safety during a run.
